A result oriented human development practitioner and a community mobilizer who is passionate about effecting behavior change and reducing vulnerability especially among women and adolescents. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, advance certificate in Sustainable procurement standards and over 10 years experience.Known for her many skills,she enjoy working and building capacities of young adolescents and women for sustainable livelihood and believe in volunteering which she does till now.Having worked with different organizations under different capacities,she is currently the Programs Manager for prime youths and women empowerment initiative and as a team lead,she is goal oriented,good communication and interpersonal skills,good organizational and planning skills,relationship building skills,good team building and leadership skills.
Has volunteered and work with different organizations under different capacities and believes that we all most volunteer at all times and stages in our lives if we must create the change we desire and contribute our quota to the society,She has attended trainings and workshops and is certified in,mental health and psychosocial support,Gender and sexual and reproductive health,adult and children at risk safeguarding,Entrepreneurship development,Entrepreneurial and leadership development ,Gender M&E amongst several others.With her team,she is currently with working on building capacity and training young people in ICT and also training small holder farmers on organic farming and the WASTE TO WEALTH project that will engage urban on rural communities on turning waste into useful products to create jobs and reduce poverty and also
to protect our environment for sustainable livelihood
